Chatrapati Shahu Shikshan Sanstha established in 1986 with vision and Mission to provide Education to the tribal and economically backward student of rural area. A socially committed well-educated, visionary and philanthropic personality Hon. Mr.Krishnarao Kondbarao Patil is the president of Shikshan Sanstha. He is a son of freedom fighter late Hon’ble Kondbarao Bhise Patil. He thought to do something for this rural, tribal and educationally backward region. With this desire, He founded a college named Narayanrao Waghmare Mahavidyalaya in the year September 1994. Late Narayanrao Waghmare was versatile, visionary personality in this region. He was educationalist, agriculturists, social worker and Member of Parliament- 1952. To remember his name our education society gave his name to Mahavidyalaya. The college was affiliated to Marathwada University Aurangabad at beginning and later got affiliation to Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University Nanded. The Chatrapati Shahu Shikshan Sanstha maintains the educational progress and quality in offering Academic, agricultural and Technical higher education to Lerner of the rural and tribal.
